1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable European consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU – Consumer Rights Directive), the customer has a period of thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or incur penalties.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be returned within 30 days after receipt,
- be new, unused, and in perfect condition,
- be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and any included gifts,
- show no damage, signs of use, or deterioration.
Any product that does not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

No package returned without prior authorization will be accepted.
Return shipping costs are:
- borne by the customer, except in the event of an error attributable to the Site or a defective product upon receipt.
4. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned product:
- the refund will be issued within a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days,
- the refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the customer.
Initial delivery costs are not refunded, except in the event of a return due to an error by the Site or a defective product.
5. Products Not Eligible for Return
In accordance with applicable regulations, certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including in particular:
- personalized or made-to-order products,
- products unsealed for hygiene or health protection reasons,
- products that are used, damaged, or incomplete after receipt.
6. Defective Products or Order Errors
In the event of a defective product or non-compliance with the order, the customer is invited to contact customer service as soon as possible.
After validation of the claim, an exchange or refund will be offered, and return shipping costs will be covered by HOMET LIMITED.
